I went to Southern Tire to get new tires on my car the tires were great for a good price! However, while the tires were getting installed on my vehicle I seen a silver Impala pull up right behind my car that looked just like mine just a different color. I didn’t think nothing of it at the times even telling the person that was with me look an Impala just like mine just a different color. Am a Compliance Professional so I travel a lot for work so when I got back in my vehicle after the service I didn’t think to check my floor mats because come on who would check their floor mats. I had to catch a flight the next morning going out of town for work and was out of town on business for quite sometime mind you I’m the only one that drives my vehicle and the whole time I was gone no one touched my vehicle the last person to drive it or be in it was the man that put the tires on it and me. So, I get back in town and take my vehicle to wash it and as I’m vacuuming my car I notice the passenger side floor mat is missing now mind you these Impala’s have the front floor mats that click into the floor they are expensive and you have to buy a full set and they are hard to come by! I immediately

Not a good experience! I experienced a wobble in my steering wheel and shaking when hitting the brakes. Knowing something was wrong with the brake or bearing system, I brought it to their shop for inspection. Regarding the inspection itself, they quoted $150 simply to examine the vehicle. To summarize, they stated there were no issues with the brakes or suspension, but recommended replacing the tires at an estimated cost of $2,200. I am not satisfied with the previous service. At Delta World Tire, it was evident that a wheel bearing had sustained significant damage. I am uncertain how the wheel remained secured to the vehicle considering the severity of the damage. Delta World Tire strongly advised against driving the vehicle and recommended leaving it on the premises until the necessary repairs were completed. I have attached a video illustrating the severity of the situation, which also suggests that the tire was not properly inspected. A defect that even Ray Charles and Mr. Magoo could see.

A 5 star review isn’t enough for this crew. Doesn’t feel like knowing no one in a city when I pull up here. I cannot express how kind, helpful and honest these folks are. I’ve NEVER had a timely wait and I NEVER had a bill that was way above what I expected. They communicate with you and help you understand whatever the situation may be. I even brought my large neighbors dog in there one day and they’re just down to earth people and treat you like a family member and let my dog come in and then turned around and let me walk him around the building so he could be outside and then just to spoil them they all loved on him. I know this review is becoming way too lengthy for a review but put it this way, I am convinced if I live within 1.5 hour from Southern Tire, that’s where I’ll go. I trust them. Last but not least my vehicle for comparison. I have a 12 year-old Chevy, 206,000k miles with a 6 inch lift on it and I feel comfortable just knowing that I can go to them with any questions I have about it. I didn’t have a real good experience with any dealership so I’m really thankful my tires were purchased from here. This kind crew is refreshing. Even employees in the bay speak and say h

Perfect! That would be the way I would describe my experience at Southern tire. I brought my FJ cruiser in and told Jamie exactly what I was looking for. The truck had a lift on it that I no longer wanted. I wanted it returned to stock height. Jamie kept me up-to-date with what was going on along with the cost associated. The experience was exactly the way it should be for any customer paying for a service.
